efficient way of carrying out a conversion to meet each customers 
requirements and needs.

SURVEYORS

Our Surveyors will deal with you from day one. 

PLANS

Detailed plans will be drafted by our architectural technicians for 
submission to your local authority.

LOCAL AUTHORITY 

Not all loft conversions require planning approval, though we get all 
necessary approvals from your local authority prior to commencement 
of works.

SPECIFICATION

The contracts department will compile a detailed specification 
of works with a fixed pice for your loft conversion.

PROGRAMME 

Once all the paperwork has been agreed we will agree a start date that 
is convenient for material delivery and work progress.

SUPERVISION

Our surveyors will visit the site to answer any questions, check that 
the conversion complies with the specification and all regulations and 
that the workmanship is of high standards.
